UHC series magnetic float level gauge and UQC series magnetic float level gauge have the functions of local display, signal remote transmission, liquid level alarm, etc. This level gauge is a multi-functional measuring instrument, which can be widely used for liquid level measuring instruments in various containers in petroleum refining, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical and other industries.
The liquid level gauge is equipped with a two-color liquid level indicator outside the measuring chamber. The measuring chamber is equipped with a float and a floating ball as the liquid level sensing element. The float is equipped with magnetic steel. When the liquid level in the container rises or falls, it drives the sensing element to move up and down. Under the magnetic coupling of the liquid level sensing element, it drives the two-color column inside the liquid level indicator to turn over synchronously. When the indicator shows the blue part is the liquid level in the container, When the indicator shows that there is no liquid in the container in red.
The remote transmission part is installed outside the measuring chamber, which is under the cooperation of the magnetic coupling of the liquid level sensing element. With the change of the liquid level, the closing of the reed in the drive circuit changes the linear change of the resistance value of the circuit, and the change of the resistance value is converted into a 4~20mA signal after being processed by the signal processor.
The controller part is installed outside the measuring room, which drives the reed in the alarm to output the switch signal under the cooperation of the magnetic coupling of the liquid level sensing element to realize the control of the high and low alarm liquid level.
