The DLC3100 digital level controller transmitter front cover comes with push buttons and a liquid crystal display for user setup and calibration, without the need of an external tool. The main board and terminal assemblies are potted. Its modular design allows for easy replacement. The sensor module is not field replaceable, as it requires factory calibration. There is a cover protecting the sensor module that has anti-tamper paint. This cover must not be removed at any time to ensure accuracy.

The DLC3100 is application for replacement of DLC3010 controller transmitter.

Installation of DLC3100 level transmitter

A 249 sensor may be shipped with the DLC3100 digitallevel controller installed or they may be shipped

separately.When shipping a skid mounted system, where the displacer cannot be restrained, it is recommended that the transmitter be uncoupled and the lever assembly

locked to prevent damage. The transmitter must be re-coupled at commissioning, and a zero-trim will be required.
