Briefly describe the installation requirements of liquid level gauge
Level gauge is a kind of level instrument. The level gauge can be divided into magnetic float type, internal float type, magnetic flap type and input type.
The magnetic float level gauge is mainly used for level measurement in the fields of petroleum processing, food processing, chemical industry, water treatment, pharmaceutical, electric power and boiler. The inner floating magnetic level gauge is a double-chamber level gauge.
The measured medium is isolated from the cavity at the end of the magnetic panel. After special treatment of the cavity at the end of the container and the float, it ensures that the float is transferred to the magnetic panel linearly with the change of the liquid level, and clearly and accurately indicates the height of the liquid level. The liquid level gauge can measure the liquid level of strongly corrosive medium, high temperature medium and sealed container, which is independent of the viscosity, density and working pressure of the medium
Basic requirements for maintenance personnel of float level gauge
1. Be familiar with this procedure and the corresponding instrument instructions and other technical data.
2. Understand the process flow; Be familiar with the structure and working principle of float level gauge.
3. Be able to use HART manual operators and tools correctly.
4. Master the water calibration method or hanging weight method.
5. Be able to analyze, judge and handle some common instrument faults independently.
